Delivery Policy

(Within West Malaysia only)

All products purchased from SNOWFIT are available for delivery within West Malaysia (excluding islands such as Tioman Island, Pangkor Island and Langkawi).

Delivery is typically made within 7 to 14 business days after we accept your order, but subject to the stock availability, delivery location and size of the product. For Island deliveries, you will need to arrange a logistic to send the product from port to island, and we will deliver to required port.


Signature upon delivery is required for all deliveries. If no one is available to receive and acknowledge the package at the time of delivery, we will arrange a second delivery with you. Each subsequent re-delivery will be charged an additional delivery fee depending on the item purchased.


It is necessary for you to provide a complete shipping address where someone is available to receive and acknowledge the package. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.


If the package was returned due to inconsideration to the above conditions, you will be responsible for paying the cost of the second delivery.
