2. Warranty Services
A. Small products (E.g.: Foot massager, portable massager, slimming equipment)
During the specified warranty period, if a performance fault relates to a manufacturing defect of the product, free maintenance service of a defective part(s) of the product is provided. Do drop off at nearest branch, or post to our warehouse. Courier fee is covered under warranty. Contact our support line at 013-664 5243 to assist in this aftersales services.
** We do not provide on site services for small products
** In the event customers require on site services, the labour and transport fee will be charge according to massage chair labour and transport fee.
For over warranty small products, customers are required to pay a service fee, RM 50, and spare part fee if there are any spare part used in repair. Quotations will be given by technicians before they do the repair. Please drop off the item at nearest branch or post to our warehouse for repair, do note that the courier fee will not be covered under warranty.
One-to-one exchange service is applicable (subject to stock availability), if:
- The product is found to be an actual manufacturing defect after inspection;
- The packaging and all its original content (including any accessory and user manual) is complete and in good condition;
- The product is accompanied with the original invoice.
Please drop by at SNOWFIT showroom for product exchange services. If customers prefer to courier new unit for exchange, please return the defected item to ANY branches. Once checked and met all requirements as per the above conditions for exchange application, we will then courier the new unit and provide tracking number. Customers may choose for our technicians to QC the new unit before courier out from our warehouse.
B. Big products (E.g.: Massage chair, Treadmill, TableBike)
Warranty for technical issue includes:
- defects in functioning parts such as roller and airbags etc
- defects in mechanical parts such as motherboard and gears etc
- defetcs on accessory/control parts such as remote, phone charging, LED light etc
Warranty of motor includes:
motor defects
Warranty for leather includes:
defects in pillow & leather cloak (1 set)
** Pillow and leather cloak must be claimed as 1 set for this warranty
C. Spaceship Smart Mattress
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and will be null and void if the smart mattress is misused, damaged, or subjected to weight more than 280 kg. Proof of purchase must be in the form of a verifiable copy of the original invoice. Please retain your original invoice for future reference and documentation.
After warranty period:
Technicians will visit on-site to do repair services. Labour and transport fee will be charged. Spare part will also be charged if used during repair.
Labour and transport fee:
Local (Selangor address) = RM 80
Outskirt (other addresses in West Malaysia) = RM 150
Outskirt (addresses in islands and East Malaysia) = RM 400
Outstation (addresses in Singapore) = 90 SGD
All technician reports will be attended by technicians within 7 - 14 working days.
3. Warranty Statements
a. All product warranties are only valid after registration on our website and in Malaysia, but does not include the following scopes:
- Products still covered under any other warranties in effect;
- Any non-operating items such as, but not limited to, paint, coloring, accessories, detachable plugs/attachments and/or product finishes;
- Upholstery defects does not apply to standard wear and tear issues similar, and not limited to, stains from any liquids, gels or transferable items, marks from frequent usage, poor storage conditions and/or scratches/abrasions from external bodies/items. A technical evaluation is required to ascertain upholstery defects, and, if determined thereafter to be the result of manufacturer defect(s), one-to-one exchange will be implemented (upon approval);
- Consumable items used in or with the product such as (but not limited to) batteries, and filters;
- User-performed routine maintenance and cleaning as indicated in the operating/owner's manual;
- Unauthorized modifications made to the product, altered serial numbers or repairs performed by non-authorized repairers;
- External faults such as wiring and electrical connection or defects from using wrong electrical supply;
- Accidental or intentional physical damage or poor storage conditions;
- Damage as a result of natural disasters, civil unrest, fire, theft, spilled liquids, corrosion, environmental elements, animal or insect infestation;
- Shipping, freight, delivery and/or custom/government charges for out of country assistance;
- Commercial use (multi-user organizations), public rental, use for profit or communal use for multi-family housing;
- Diagnosis where no defect has been found or noted;
- Under no circumstances shall coverage extend to any loss or injury to a person or loss damage to property or any incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages or any direct or indirect loss;
b. The product warranty starting date is subject to the date of receiving item(s).
c. The product warranty is only effective if the product is purchased from SNOWFIT.
d. All warranty repairs and product exchanges require proof of purchase (original invoice).
e. The product warranty covers damages caused by our technicians during delivery or/and on-site installation.
f. Under no circumstances shall SNOWFIT be liable for incidental or accidental consequential loss.
g. All warranty is based on original invoices.
In the events where the invoices have remarks mentioned as follow(s):

SPARE PARTS TO BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO DEFECTED PARTS AFTER WARRANTY

or any remarks with similar meanings,
purchasers shall be granted with 1 time waiver of Labour and Transportation fee. For subsequent services, Labour and Transportation fee shall be charged as per new policy.
In the events where the invoices have remarks mentioned as follow(s):
- WITHIN WARRANTY AND AFTER WARRANTY ALL SERVICE, LABOUR, & TRANSPORT FEES ARE FREE
- SPARE PARTS TO BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO DEFECTED PARTS AFTER WARRANTY
or any remarks with similar meanings,
purchasers shall be granted with 1 time waiver of Labour and Transportation fee. For subsequent services, Labour and Transportation fee shall be charged as per new policy.
